I am running a free, 4 day, trauma & anxiety workshop next month that people can do online in their own homes and experience hypnotherapy for free. There will also be some daily training about why you feel the way you do, and how your mind processes trauma, and lots of help and support too. It will be helpful for anyone that suffers from depression, anxiety, fears, phobias, PTSD, having flashbacks or triggers related to a traumatic event, and even for people struggling with procrastination or lack of motivation.
